Cancellation policy for Body and Spa Esthetics LLC

Thank you for choosing Body and Spa Esthetics. To best accommodate all of our clients as of July 8, 2014 a courtesy policy is being implemented.

Cancellation notice must be given 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow another client to schedule and receive treatment at that appointment time. Failure to give 24 hour notice could result in a cancellation fee. All appointments are scheduled with limited time and have no leeway for tardiness. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it will be documented as a no show appointment and you could be charged. If you arrive late (less than 20 minutes) your treatment time will be shortened to assure the next client scheduled will not be delayed.
